Arrival and Departure Information:
Once we receive your payment in full we will send you the access code to the driveway and cabin. When you leave, just lock the door behind you.

Check In Time: 3:00pm
Check Out Time: 12:00pm

Bed linens and towels are provided. However these will not be changed during your stay.

Security Deposit:
A $100 security deposit it to be paid with your reservation, at least one week prior to your stay. The security deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, provided the following conditions: There is no damage to the property or dwelling, all the original contents remain in the cabin, and excessive cleaning is not required. The renter will be responsible for damage above normal wear and tear.

Cancellation:
We understand that plans change and the need to cancel might arise. If you can cancel your reservation seven (7) days prior to your stay a $25 administrative fee will be charged, and your deposit will be returned. Less than seven days will result in forfeit of your deposit.

Cleaning Fee:
A non-refundable cleaning fee of $35 will be charged for each stay, which also includes trash removal.
